How We Use Your Information
STRICT PURPOSE LIMITATION
All collected data is utilized strictly for technical evaluation, software engineering delivery, and client communication. Webinsio never sells, trades, or rents personal or corporate information to data brokers or third-party advertisers.
- •Architectural Scoping: Generating accurate software proposals, milestone schedules, and tech stack recommendations.
- •Project Execution: Provisioning staging environments, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery repositories.
- •Account Management: Issuing milestone invoices, GST receipts, and contractual statements of work.
- •Security & Integrity: Detecting malicious bot activity, unauthorized access attempts, and protecting platform uptime.
We enforce strict zero-selling data policies. Your client data and intellectual property are never commercialized.

Data Security & Storage Protocols
ENGINEERED DATA PROTECTION
We treat client information with the same technical rigor applied to our software builds. Data in transit is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption, and data at rest is stored in access-controlled, encrypted databases.
- •Access Control: Only senior engineers directly assigned to your project have access to project repositories and server credentials.
- •Encryption Standards: 256-bit AES database encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 across all web transmissions.
- •Credential Hygiene: All client API tokens, database keys, and webhook secrets are stored in secure environment vaults (e.g. AWS Secrets Manager, Vercel Vault).
- •Regular Audits: Routine vulnerability scans and dependency patch management across all active infrastructure.
04
Client Confidentiality & NDAs
NON-DISCLOSURE COMMITMENT
Software source code, proprietary algorithms, trade secrets, and customer databases shared during project execution remain 100% confidential. Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available and standard for all client engagements before code access is granted.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING
We use minimal, privacy-conscious cookies and analytics scripts to assess page loading speeds, user drop-off points, and conversion health. You can disable cookies at any time via your browser settings without affecting access to our core website.
